Return/Exchange/Repair policies
Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. The knife must be unused and in
its original packaging. A refund minus credit card fees and shipping cost will be issued upon
return of goods.

Exchanges: We will always exchange any item purchased directly through us for a different
variation or style of knife. The knife must be unused and in its original packaging. Any prices
differences will be paid by the customer or paid back to the customer. A second shipping fee
will be covered by Stoneworks.

Repair:
We aim for functional beauty. To help insure this we have a lifetime warranty on all our
products. Use your knife as it is intended, as a cutting tool. Minus misuse and abuse.
Stones can chip! If you drop your Stoneworks knife and chip it, return it to us. We will repair
your knife at NO CHARGE. We do ask for $12.00 for return shipping.
*Disclaimer: Do not use your knife as a hammer, prybar, screwdriver. As grandpa used to say
the right tool for the right job!
